Synopsis

A brutal sexual assault in a hotel room brings senior police detective Avi Avraham and sex crimes investigator Orna Denis together to work the case. The two have few leads to go on and completely different theories about how to pursue the investigation. For victim Mali, things get complicated when her husband Kobi, enraged by the lack of progress in her case, takes matters into his own hands and starts making his own inquiries. As the two detectives delve deeper, they uncover a web of interconnected crimes that go beyond the boundaries of their initial case, while Kobi’s unauthorized investigation sets off a chain of events that leads to startling discoveries, unforeseen consequences, and tragic results. Cast with Israel’s leading acting talent, this twisty crime drama was adapted from the best-selling novel The Man Who Wanted to Know by Dror A Mishani (A Body That Works, Prisoner No. 1, Wisdom of the Crowd). Across four binge-worthy hours, Tell Me Everything explores the complexities of sexual crimes, going in-depth into the psyches of the male and female police investigating the crimes, the victims who battle to have their versions believed, and their loved ones who are powerless to protect them.
