During the episode, in addition to the main narrative in the video
player, the characters send each other text messages, videos, and
photos. During or between episodes the user can explore the
characters' cell phones, view their photo and video galleries,
play their games, download ringtones and interact with the
characters through sms or social media. These extra media
interactions unfold hidden plot points and enhance the illusion
that the characters are real, living a life parallel to that of
the users. Between episodes, these features allow the story to
keep developing and for the users to interact with each other. The
characters have blogs, Facebook profiles and Tweet as well.
The format 'Actiview' is an innovative multi screen platform for
interactive storytelling. It supplies the multi- tasking, on the
go, digital consumer with a new entertainment experience, suited
to today's multi attention media consumption habits. The platform
gives the users control over the point of view from which the
story is told. At the same time it engages the user with multiple
media tools to actively find more information about the plot and
characters beyond the conventional “lean back” experience.
